What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. Some are essential for a website to work; others are used for analytics or advertising.

Cookies on this site

Strictly necessary. Reading Quiet Mind Sleep does not require any cookies. Our pages are static and do not need to store anything on your device to display.

Site search. Our search works in your browser and does not set cookies.

Analytics (only if enabled). We may use an analytics service to understand which guides are useful. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies that identify your browser across visits in an anonymised form. We configure analytics to anonymise IP addresses where the service allows. You can opt out using browser settings or the service's own opt-out tools.

Third-party links. When you follow a link to a retailer (for example Amazon) or another website, that site may set its own cookies. We do not control them; please see the third party's cookie policy.

Email sign-up. Our email form does not set cookies. If you sign up, the email service we use may set cookies on its own pages.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will not stop this site from working. Guidance for common browsers is available from the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we add any technology that uses cookies, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
